Audrye is an HR Partner with HR Works. She is deeply passionate about fostering human connection and helping others discover meaningful resources and solutions. With a background in social work, she naturally transitioned into #humanresources, where her love for people and problem-solving flourished.

Originally from Texas, Audrye spent 13 years living in the Pacific Northwest, where her connection to nature grew. Surrounded by towering evergreens and misty mountains, she developed a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors. Now, she continues to explore and recharge at her hilltop cabin in the woods of Naples, NY where she enjoys hiking, stargazing, and making memories with her husband.

Audrye also brings her enthusiasm for creativity and collaboration to the #disrupthrroc Steering Committee, where she helps design engaging events in the HR community. Whether connecting with colleagues or walking forested trails, Audrye’s approach to life is guided by curiosity, exploration, and a deep commitment to building relationships.
