Barb has been a quiet disruptor throughout her career, pioneering innovative paths in both corporate and entrepreneurial arenas. She launched her career as the first woman to graduate from the Electrical Engineering Technology program at the State University of New York at Alfred. In the workplace Barb moved swiftly up the ranks, transitioning from technical roles to leadership positions in adult education, sales, marketing, e-commerce and fulfillment. While building her professional footprint, Barb contributed to her family ventures—G-FORCE Collaborations, a marketing communications firm, and Glassnotes™, a music and art-themed note card company. In 2005, Barb formally took the reins as President and CEO of G-FORCE, establishing a talent development division focused on creating more human-centered workplaces. Barb is an ICF-credentialed executive and team coach, a co-founder of DisruptHR Rochester, and was a founding board member of Conscious Capitalism Rochester.
