Beth McHenry is a dynamic HR leader and passionate community advocate. As the Hospitality Lead for DisruptHR Rochester, Beth plays a pivotal role in creating engaging and thought-provoking events for the local HR community. She is also an active board member of the National HR Association (Rochester Affiliate), where she serves as the Director of Hospitality, and a dedicated supporter of Best Buddies, an organization close to her heart.

Beth brings her professional expertise as the HR Director at The Lake House on Canandaigua, where she leads initiatives to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Her commitment to fostering meaningful connections and empowering others drives her involvement in both her professional and volunteer endeavors.
