Erin is the HR Systems Architect Manager at Excellus BlueCross BlueShield as well as the HR Cross Functional Lead for the organization’s in process implementation of Workday. She has system management and  implementation experience in Workday, UKG (UltiPro), Oracle and ADP.  She is also a Certified Scrum Master who is passionate about Agile Methodology, Data & Analytics, HR Technology, and Process Improvement. Erin and her husband are learning to enjoy an empty nest and love to spoil their fur babies.
