I have over 20 years of experience in leading and developing innovative solutions for human resources, software development, and civic tech. As the Technology Director at the National Human Resources Association, I support the affiliate management web platform and prioritize the product development roadmap, helping to educate and empower HR professionals across the country.

I am also the Founder of ProductizeHR, a newsletter and consultancy practice that creates and curates content and products around product management, HR Tech, AI, and Agility. I apply my skills and knowledge in HR, people analytics, AI, product management, design thinking, DEI, and Ex/Ux to help organizations solve challenging problems around people, processes, and products. Additionally, I mentor graduates and startups, especially in the HRTech space, through various platforms and networks. I am passionate about learning and writing about human behavior, early talent development, and civic tech.
