Kasya is a consummate HR professional with a knack for navigating the quirks of workplace dynamics and a passion for leveling up in both career and life. Equal parts avid reader and strategic homebody, she shines whether working solo or teaming up with others to get things done. Originally from Malaysia, Kasya traded tropical sunshine for Rochester’s snow in 2013, to pursue a degree in finance from Rochester Institue of Technology.

In her downtime, you can find her strolling the aisles of Target (part retail therapy, part product research) or hunting for her next page-turner at Barnes and Noble. Fluent in two languages—and occasionally caught mid-joke between them—Kasya delights in bringing a smile to those around her.

She currently resides in Brighton with her 3 year olf staffy pitbull, Ovi and the occassional visits from her 8 year old Bernese Mountain dog, Stella and orange cat, Nugget.
