My career path is anything but conventional. I graduated with a bachelor's in finance and was introduced to the HR field a year after I started working. Long story short, the field found me, I fell in love with the work, and I have not looked back ever since. My core interest has always been about organizational culture and employee relations. Currently, I am working as a consultant to brush up on my compliance skills and to learn as much as possible about different professional industries.
