You will be able to conveniently park at The Strong Museum parking garage. The entrance of the parking garage is located on Howell street. 

The parking fees are $5 per vehicle, however, DisruptHR ROC is assuming the cost of parking for all participants.  Please make sure you bring your parking ticket with you to validate it at the registration desk.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking spaces can be found on levels one, two, and three of the museum’s parking garage. A disabled parking placard or license plate is required.

Electric Vehicle Parking

Limited electric vehicle parking spaces are available at the bottom of level one in the museum’s parking garage. The fee is $0.25 per kWh. Prices subject to change.

Do I get tokens for the after-party at the eGameRevolution or purchase my own? 

4 free tokens will be provided to each participant. Tokens will be provided by a member of the DisruptHR ROC team either during the registration check-in process, or after the speakers portion of the event ends.

The talks will be held in the PayChex theater, before and after the talk we will be able to enjoy the atrium, the hall of superheroes and the eGameRevolution !

Yes! We will have both food and drinks available. We will have a variety of options to choose from, so please feel free to ask our staff for more information.

Cash bars will be located in the Main Atrium and Lobby, as well as the eGameRevolution during the after-party.  Wine and beer will be served at each cash bar and the first drink is on us!
